After years of organizing, City Council staff won a historic first contract in 2024. We have been fighting for living wages & fair treatment.
All unionized Council staff have new workplace rights & protections, including Member Aides, Finance Analysts, Legislative Policy Analysts & Legislative Programmer/Analysts.
